RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

 DRIVER'S AGE

For categories A, B, minimum age limit is 21 years and for all other categories of 23 years. For categories of S, M and EE is 25 years.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Credit/Debit card, Cash on delivery, bank Deposit.

DRIVING LICENCE

The driver's license held for at least one year.

OFFENCES AND FINES

All fines and penalties resulting from the fault of the driver charged fully paid.

SAFETY

Provided insurance with partial coverage of losses. In the event of an accident the insurance participation of the driver is€ 500. For the participation in the safety required a deposit of€ 250 in cash or a credit card in the name of the driver, a commitment of a similar amount, upon delivery/receipt of the vehicle. The amount will be refunded to the driver with the return of the vehicle, as long as there has been an accident and have not breached the terms of the security.
The coverages are subject to the general terms and conditions of the contract Car Thess Rent with the insurance company.
All the αναγραφόμενοι, the lease of the vehicle, drivers are exempted from loss of rental car from fire, theft, weather conditions, personal injuries to the driver and occupants and is affiliated with the third-party liability for death, personal injury and property damage.

DAMAGES/ACCIDENTS

In the event of damage or accident, the lessee is obliged to immediately inform the Car Thess Rent, otherwise no damage is recognized and charged entirely to the tenant even if the tenant has opted for full coverage. The replacement of the car is made at the seat of the Car Thess Rent

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

The liability of the tenant for damage to the rented vehicle can be limited, provided that it does not violate the K.The.K.

No insurance is provided:

  • in a driver that is not listed in the lease contract
  • in a driver who is under the influence of alcohol
  • for driving off paved roads

ADDITIONAL GUIDES

The additional drivers are not charged for an additional amount.

POLICY FUEL

The lessee receives the vehicle with at least half a tank of gas-filled and has a responsibility to deliver at least the same amount. Any replenishment of fuel during the rental period shall be borne by cash to the hirer.

BABY SEATS

Available by option at the time of booking.

GPS NAVIGATOR

Available by arrangement.

PICK-DELIVERY

The delivery and receipt can be performed at any point within the city of Thessaloniki, in the vicinity of this municipalities, as well as the airport “Macedonia”. You may incur additional charges, depending on the location.

TRANSPORTATION BY BOAT

It is prohibited to load a car on a boat.
